Frequently Asked Questions
What are your operating hours?
We're open Tuesday to Sunday, 8am to 6pm. Closed on Mondays. During festive seasons, we may extend hours — check our Instagram for updates.
Do I need to pre-order?
Daily items like sourdough and pastries are available on a first-come basis. For custom cakes, please order at least 3 working days in advance. Festive gift boxes require 7 days notice.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver within Johor Bahru for orders above RM 80. Delivery fee starts from RM 8 depending on location. WhatsApp us to arrange delivery.
Are your products halal?
While we are not halal-certified, we do not use pork or lard in any of our products. We use European butter and vegetable-based ingredients.
Can I do a cake tasting before ordering a wedding cake?
Absolutely! We offer complimentary tasting sessions for wedding cake orders above RM 500. WhatsApp us to book a tasting appointment.
